honestly mistakes like that are pretty common, even at all elos.
the thing is, none of them really anticipated the dangerous game healing to keep kat alive so long. caitlyn blew her heal late because she didnt think she'd need it. nami didn't blow her exhaust because she didn't think she'd need to. hecarim was OOM and going to push out a wave and probably thought all he'd be doing is ksing them if he turned around, since surely 3 people should be able to take out a 40% hp kat who isnt even really ahead.
i mean ideally if nami exhausted immediately, caitlyn healed ziggs so he'd have time to react, or hecarim immediately turned around kat woulda died. but its perfectly understandable to miscalculate the damage and healing when youre only given seconds to respond.
