I think the game has different replay value for different people. I beat the game a second time the day after I beat it the first time and enjoyed it just as much.

Personally I think Portal and Half Life should stay as separate as they are now. They're good series' but if they came together any closer it would end up getting a bit tacky. Like if Gordon Freeman found GLaDOS. It would feel like a forced fan service cameo.
