I think Hell would be more appropriate for this community So when you die you spawn somewhere else and can't be a part of the game anymore? I guess it's an interesting concept but I don't know about never being able to come back to life again. People with guns can just go on a killing spree and remove everyone from the game but themselves.

Probably. Since a lot of the Blockland community are kids who might not know how to find their own specs. It's probably just for convenience so Badspot doesn't have to spend hours trying to find out what graphics card someone uses.

Their rating suggests they are not liked.

All the rating means is how often you play games.

When I play TF2 every day for a week my rating shoots up to 10 but right now it's at 1.8 because I haven't played anything besides Minecraft or Blockland in a while.
