We became friends after a while, though we rarely saw each other anywhere besides that bus, and never anywhere besides school or a field trip. After the first time she ever spoke to me, we talked the entire way home every day.
If your thought process in feeling out a relationship involves getting someone to ask the person you like whether or not they like you, then you're not ready for a relationship and will not be for at LEAST three years.
Seriously, there's a three year buffer on that stuff. As soon as you stop thinking like that, then wait three years. Then you might be the very least maturity level necessary for something that resembles a meaningful relationship.
She transferred to a different school the summer after I knew her before I ever got to say anything about my feelings. I was 12 the last time I saw her. I've aged three years since then and I still feel the same way about her now as I did when I was 11.

I've had really weird mixtures of de ja vu and dreams.

And no, while having the Portal Gun out, if you hit "L" it changes the gun's mode from a Portal Gun (A gun by using left and right mouse keys that makes two areas that teleport you to the other on any surface), to a Gravity Gun (A gun that picks up physics objects like Vehilces and Bots, Not bricks)
Instead of pressing the l key, do this:
1. Press Esc
2. Click Options
3. Click Controls
4. Scroll down the list until you find Use Light
5. Double click on it, then hit any key. If you get a message telling you that the key you pressed is already mapped to something else, press a different key.
6. From now on, when ever you press that key in game, a light will appear on your hand. You can press the same key to remove the light. Now, if you press that key with the portal gun out, it will switch to gravity gun mode.

I hate when this kind of thing happens. Some people go around with a camera, ask a bunch of really stupid people some easy questions, film them getting it wrong, then they tell the rest of the world that everyone in America is a moron.
