I don't want to use mods until Notch implements official support for them. Mass paranoia. I prefer the unmodded game anyway.

This is why I loving hate my laptop. I have a fan underneath it, and it overheats while I was in my Minecraft world. Turn the comp back on, it loving deleted my world...

forget this.

Get a block or something and prop up your laptop enough so the hot air has room to escape. I had the same problem with my old laptop and that usually fixed it.

Look up Portal the Flash Version Map Pack. Good stuff.

Also Portal Prelude, but it's actually it's own mod rather than a map pack. It's not really that much different from a Portal map pack though.

A hl2 mod is a modification of Half Life 2, and a Blockland mod would be a modification of Blockland. There can't really be a "Blockland mod of a hl2 mod".

Off the top of my head, the only times Badspot has modified the forum software that I've heard of is to block links to Roblox and block really ambiguous topic titles in the help section. Besides that, I think he's actually updated the software once in the years I've been here. I've never seen any changes to the 5 emoticons we have now. I also can't recall him ever having anything positive to say about SMF.

If I'm right about this, there was a time when the forums used default smilies. Why? I may never know.
