It's not exactly too many print bricks, but rather too many add-ons in general. When the game loads add-ons it must also load data blocks to make the add-ons work right.
On the screen where you start a game, where you can select map and such, click the add-ons button. A list of every add-on in you add-ons folder will appear. Go down the list and decide which add-ons you don't want or don't need. If the box next to them is checked, uncheck it, and start your game. If you still crash, uncheck more add-ons. You will still have the add-ons you unchecked but your game just won't load them and you won't be able to use them in game unless you recheck them.
