You activate it by going into control options and binding a key to open it. I re-disabled the random floating dots also (for now c:).

So, I reinstalled blockland after yesterday's master server crash, I installed the add-ons I had. They didn't show up in the addons list, I checked the RtB mod manager and i re downloaded them and they STIll wouldnt show up.
Help would be appreciated.
