I agree with Kalphiter about everything, but more specifically, the part about there needing to be a limit on the amount of policemen or any other job, really. There needs to be a Job association where it gives you a list of jobs and how many slots are open for that job.

Well if you have an iphone or something similar, you can log onto kalphiter's website (assuming you have his hosting sevice) and start/stop/update your server.

Not sure of anything outside of kaphosting.
