I wonder why that actually looked good in my head. Try restoring the pink, making the pink in his head purple and making the area around the head white.

Wasn't sure exactly how you wanted the colors when it got around his head, because the quality of your image was, uh.
Below par.
If you don't like it, tell me what to fix.
It wont be a bother, I actually had a bit of fun coloring this.

Maybe you could try white for the head. A more reddish shade of purple after the purple there now would be nice.
