Making the steering wheel have an animation is quite simple, it doesn't need any code either you just define it as "steering".

First you start the animation with the steering wheel fully turned 90 degrees to the right, or whatever you want it fully turned to the right at. If you're using Ports plugin you create a marker at this frame and name it "steering:start", next you move over about 10 frames then animate the wheel turning fully to the left and you place another marker saying "steering:end". Make sure that the steering wheel turns correctly from right to left in the amount of frames you use.

I don't recall any converters for blb to obj, or anything of that sorts. But somebody made a plugin for blender that imports blbs, here.

I assume that you adjusted the ride height to be higher then normal, so I guess it must have more weight to the front and its causing it to lean forward causing it to move forward?

I would think that you would have to mess with mass center, but I would move it back so the jet leans flat.

Also If you're using eval to change the mass center remember to transmitdatablocks(); and respawn the vehicle.

The mount points for the wheels are suppose to be inside the collision box, once you do that you can adjust the ride height in the spring length.

Usually when they're outside the collision box like that they tend to just fall through the ground.

You usually just import the default player model and scale the vehicle to it

I used Faces instead of 2x2f for the ratio for the prints, so these probably won't work unless you use that one add-on that uses all prints.
