The mount points for the wheels are suppose to be inside the collision box, once you do that you can adjust the ride height in the spring length.

Usually when they're outside the collision box like that they tend to just fall through the ground.

What does your collision mesh look like?

so could somebody mind telling me the correct vehicle size?

You usually just import the default player model and scale the vehicle to it

Add-Ons / Re: [Brick] Body Parts

also if you want heres a print pack i made for the obsolete version of this, theyre basically just edits of the old l4b face pack iban made
https://leopard.hosting/dl/ftatu

credits to iban for the originals and filipe for the sigh face
I used Faces instead of 2x2f for the ratio for the prints, so these probably won't work unless you use that one add-on that uses all prints.

Body Parts

Basic body parts from the blockhead player model and Smooth's and Phydeox's skeleton chest. This pack contains various rotations of these said body parts.

This pack requires for you to download a couple print packs in order for you to get full use out of them;

I understand there is already handcuffs but I personally think it doesn't fit my needs for this game mode.

That's very true and I would probably do it the same way, its just sometimes you have to find more ways to add more detail. Like instead of just texturing the face and all the detailed parts why not just try to model them instead? Like pompmaker did with his.

It's honestly not that bad, but all I see in it is a bunch of basic shapes cobbled together

Go ahead, you might finish before I do I keep getting wound up in real life things then when I get on the pc I don't feel like making anything.

I compiled an Imgur album of the desired rescaled sizes for each brick.
https://imgur.com/a/NNfWQ

Thanks! This is really helpful.

Also, as shown similar in the album, for Phydeoux's elevator brick, would you be able to have the CCW opening for the elevator brick be simply the first part opened, but not the bigger outer part? this way players can reconfigure the door with events to open in synced stages with the door's original opening sound, while the normal default CW opening state would simply open the door all the way. thanks!

That's a great idea, I could definitely do that. If you have any more ideas feel free to post.

This might be wishful thinking on my part, but some of the doors would look great as hangar doors large enough for a Jeep/tank/stunt plane to fit through. Thanks for considering this project, I know many builders would be super appreciative of this.

That's also a good idea, was the JVS hangar door a good size? Or should I go bigger then that?

103
I could take a swing at it, this wouldn't be that difficult to do. As in making some of the doors bigger, how much bigger are you thinking exactly? I don't really build much sci-fi in this game so I don't really have an idea of scale.

Modification Help / Re: Exporting small bricks
« on: February 24, 2018, 09:09:41 PM »

The reason its a giant 64x cube is cause it can't find the file you're defining, you have to put .blb.

Like right now you have brickFile = "./0x25side"; it should be brickFile = "./0x25side.blb";

Edit: Also I'm running blender 2.79 which is latest? I think? And I'm able to export to .obj and run it through generals obj to blb just fine, both brick packs I've released just recently were made that way

8x version pls

Aight, will do.

I'd like to post about an issue i'm noticing with the edges of the skinny versions of the arches: they clip into the bricks around them.

That's actually normal on bricks, since the brick goes to a point like that it makes it really noticeable, you can notice stuff like this on the modter bricks too.

I actually might be able to fix it though, I'll take a look into it.
