Regardless of ping statistics by country the most important thing, in my opinion, is network stability. Theres no point having a quick ping one day if it's all over the place the next. Here's 2 graphs side-by-side of comparable network stability. Unfortunately they're not for the same time period but that's pretty irrelevant.

200 is extreme, 55-75 is not.You're right, 55-75 is not, so there's no reason that that if my friends get 60 and I get 30 on lubs, and I get 60 on yours and they get 120.
What I'm trying to say it's not the connection to you matters, but the connection to your players.
Buying based on your connectivity is not a good idea.Why not? If I can't host a server and I want to play with friends I think it'd be a great idea.

We've covered this multiple times, we don't make a profit from this. Any money left over after costs is in some way or another handed back to the customers. The service is purely for the benefit of the community to make it easier for people to host decent servers.If I buy a month and there's left over money you can always buy TF2 keys for me.
