General Discussion / Are drones possible to be made in Blockland?
« on: September 02, 2013, 03:34:54 PM »
I was looking at some drones in GMod and this one looks pretty good, would it be possible for this to be made in Blockland?

The duplorcator is a pretty neat addon if you want to copy/paste some bricks you've made such as trees, bushes, doors, etc.

When is badspot going to remove the steam button from the menu?
._.
I forgot about that, I think most of us did lol. He will probably remove when the next update is released of when BL gets on the Steam page.

Because you speed up time.

In this sense, if you set the timescale to 2, it would double your computer specs.
PROFIT
lol

I dont think anyone has realized....but we still need a proper trailer for the game...ESPECIALLY if its going to be on Steam.

It's too bad we were greenlit in a batch of 100... I feel like we will get less attention than one of the batches of 20.
True but I saw an official list and I don't know if the list went in order but Blockland was the tenth.

Looks like the trolls got trolled. However, why are they DDOsing Blockland or even RTB, its none of their faults? Its Valve's fault, but of course  those no life pussies of wouldnt dare try and DDOs Valve.

Green light is a process where indie developers can publish their game on Steam by Steam users voting on it enough for the Valve staff to notice the game and put it officially on Steam. So today, we can finally be put on Steam for everyone to buy Blockland there! That means a bucket load of new players!
Uh no, not bucket loads...truck loads.

Uh not sure if Badspot noticed this but one of the requirements for games on greenlight is "entative system requirements"...which there are none. BADSPOT, GO ADD THEM PLEASE!

Help / Re: Shaders Help (Mac)!

What are you talking about
all computers use pixels, including Macs, and pretty much every monitor after 2003 can support a decent resolution.
It's a joke, he's saying Macs come with higher resolutions than the average PC which is pretty true. Laptops that come with Windows usually have 1366x768 resolution and I believe that's it, I don't think you can configure it any higher (at least when I bought mine). Mac laptops have 1400x900 and you can configure it to like 1600x900, I believe they have "retina" displays and they used to have a glossy version or something (I don't remember what the glossy was).

I think we have enough bricks, what we need are props such as tables, chairs, lamps, flowers, trees etc. we have enough bricks and brick packs.

Heed, I'd like to add in that I love TDM's where you get to fly/drive to your destination, it puts much more thrill into the game. Quick-paced TDM's aren't my favorite.

Also guys it's still possible to make many things, but many of you just don't want to because it's harder to build by each block.
I hate the way helicopters work in this game though, they are so unmanagable to me.

Hold on, I have a distinct memory that there were 90 games greenlit, now there are 82? Hold on a sec, when games get released they are subtracted from the "greenlight" category no? That would explain it.

I put it here first to confirm if this happens to others.
This happened to me also early back when shaders were first released, I believe I either made a topic or saw one about this too. Yet, it still hasn't been fixed.
