My gf's little sister woke up with bruises all over her arm, and she said she had a nightmare about animals biting her, can the brusies be connected to the nightmare, or is it just some sort of blood problem?

Yeah this, 0 degrees Fahrenheit is about -17 degrees Celsius, so just multiply that by 2 (brings you to about 34 degrees Celsius), then convert it back to Fahrenheit (which brings you to around 29 degrees Fahrenheit).
