If nobody's around I will look behind me maybe once every ten seconds.
I used to take Lexapro for anxiety, but they eventually weaned me off it.
I have a specific sequence in which I turn off the lights so that I spend as little time in or near the dark as possible.
But at the same time, I trust people completely. I'm surprised more people don't take advantage of that, because I do eventually find/figure out.
