« on: May 24, 2011, 04:06:07 PM »Get some DDT, there's a load of it floating about. Opens the nerve channels on most open-circulation critters wide open, killing them. That, and it leaves a residue which gets to work whenever an insect/arachnid steps on it.
That's worse than the loving spiders because it can kill you too.

But they are less scary by the fact they don't spin webs and they rarely climb walls.
They are also hairy and fuzzy so that now adds in a cute factor being suppressed by your fear of spiders but still trying to come out.

It was my understanding that with out science we would still believe the earth was the center of the universe and the planets revolved around earth by giant angels.
Science made the world a much better place and to this day the death count is far less now that christians don't do anymore mass killings over a belief.
