1 day grants me 150 points.

I've logged in after 2 days and I only had 67 points. I guess it varies on weekends since more games get put up.

There is no fast way to get points, you earn them by doing nothing

Actually, you can also get points not only by waiting for more games to be put up on Steamgifts, but putting up games yourself.

Already had an account for a week and I just don't like it, it's hard for you to find the game you want, and it's even harder for you to win. Plus, getting points is incredibly slow, too, it takes me about 2 days for me to be able to generate enough points for me to put in an entry in on 1 quality game, or enough to generate 1 invite.

Why in the forget am I getting absolutely HORRENDOUS lag in 1.8? At the LOWEST draw distance I get less than 30 FPS and lots of lag spikes. Good loving lord.
I was running 1.7.3 just fine, easily pulling off max draw distance with 60+ fps. forget.

You should try toggling other settings on and off, i.e. Advanced OpenGL.
