I believe terrains and interiors are the reason why we don't see many good builds today. People are always relying on them to do the creating for them, making their servers look more "fun" while still being lazy asses.

Body color: #BC894D
Hair/Mane color: #8E5F2C
Eye color: #B72F3B
I am not the best when it comes to color schemes but these are worth a try.
I quite like the body colour, but I would prefer if the main/tail and eye colour stayed the same. The reddish eye colour wouldn't exactly fit his personality.
What about the accessories? I'm actually thinking about adjusting the accessories.

That brown color scheme is just...ugly.
I just felt like going for something quite basic at the time. I would be willing to adjust the tone of brown of the skin or the mane/tail, and maybe the accessories.
Also, Tammy's comment kinda hurt.
