DC Leaks announced a new leak called “SOROS INTERNAL FILES – BIG DATA“. The leak was published on August 13th and announced via their social media accounts including Facebook and Twitter.
Just as the leak is labeled, the data appears to be from Soros internal systems. The data published on the DC Leaks website as a sub domain was quickly brown townyzed by our RBS researchers.
We can confirm that there are a total 2,576 files totaling 1.51GB in total which includes the following file types:
1,413 PDF, 550 Docx, 225 Doc, 98 XLSX, 37 XLS, 20 PPT
The Soros subdomain is also broken down by the following sections:
USA – 967 files, 559MB / Europe – 651 files, 425MB / Eurasia – 224 files, 86.9MB / Asia – 26 files, 26.0 MB / Latin America – 84 files, 7.57 MB / Africa – 85 files, 38.1mb / World Bank – 42 files, 219 MB / President’s Office – 365 files, 114MB / SOUK – 81 files, 42.4 MB
The data itself contains a vast range of internal documents which includes scans and copies of funding reports, funding agreements, contracts and other similar internal documents. There are also image files and rich text files as well.

if you're looking through this, there are many files that look as though there are reports, media summaries, etc. but i've heard there are seas interesting files/pdf documents, much like hillary's e-mail leak. as of now, i haven't been able to find much news about this, probably because of how recent it's been. if i find more information, i'll edit this post and add in a larger summary

what do you guys think of this? do you think there's a connection between this and the recent activity of leakers such as snowden or wikileaks & co.?

also somewhat unrelated but still interesting;

47
do you guys (or whoever likes to get involved with american poliitcs) remember the massive DNC leaks, revealing them actually paying people to go online and essentially go online and give all their support for hillary? i'm not exactly sure if database is the correct word, or even if it's correct the record's specifically, but right now a massive amount of personal information (such as payments, names, recipients of payments, the senders, as well as involvements) are being leaked

as far as i can tell, no news media sites know of this yet, and i'm not sure if this is even going to make it to any major ones

if you're not sure what i'm talking about or what correct the record is, here's a few resources;
http://webmshare.com/mxzPG

i'm not sure if i'm going to get in trouble for posting the link, what with all the private & sensitive information is here, but i'll post a few screenshots i've found from today (something forgeted up while i was making this, i'll get the others soon)

there are also 8 rathrer revealing document-esque posts out there by /u/Colonel_Kerr that relates to this, as well
https://sli.mg/a/QJIt4z

what kind of effect do you guys think this is going to have in the near-future, or if this is even going to be shown to the general public by the more major news sites?

The media group, WikiLeaks, is offering a $20,000 reward for information that leads to a conviction in the case of murdered Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich.

The 27-year-old was gunned down in July in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of Northwest D.C.

Rich, 27, was shot twice in the back while walking home early Sunday in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of Northwest Washington, D.C. Police speculate that the crime might have been a robbery, but Rich was found with his wallet, watch and other personal items still on his person. Rich had worked as a voter expansion data director at the DNC.

Julian Assange (Editor-in-Chief of Wikileaks) on Seth Rich
Quote
Julian Assange seems to suggests on Dutch television program Nieuwsuur that Seth Rich was the source for the Wikileaks-exposed DNC emails and was murdered.

as you may have read, seth rich, (though it's still said possibly but it's clear he was) source of the DNC leaks that got very popular not too long ago, was talking with his girlfriend on july 10th over phone before the conversation was cut short as he was shot multiple times and killed. upon being found, seth still had all of his items on him, and nothing had been taken from his body.

seth was the voter expansion data director for the DNC, and also certainly the source for wikileaks' DNC leaks. now, wikileaks is offering up to $20,000 USD as a reward for information that can be gotten from this murder

Dive into a deep story of corruption, crime and intrigue. Take the role of gritty Police Chief Jack Boyd, and come face to face with the ugly underbelly of Freeburg, a city spiraling the drain. Will Jack reach his retirement with a nice stack of bills, or will he end up broken ... or worse?

Manage your staff, respond to emergencies, and investigate crimes in a city on the brink of chaos. The mafia underworld maneuvers behind the scenes, sinking their claws ever deeper into the city, even as the mayor is ready to exploit every situation to his political advantage.

Choose your approach to each situation as it unfolds. Sometimes you’ll be responding to a developing crCIA at a crime scene, or negotiating with Freeburg’s crime bosses. Sometimes you’ll find yourself dodging questions in the press room, or even the occasional cross-examination in the witness box. Can you keep this pressure cooker from exploding, at least for long enough to stash away a nice retirement nest egg?

this is the police is a very film noir with corruption everywhere and being a good cop is objectively harder. it's a cliche drama-cop story type of game, with good voice acting & dialogue going hand-in-hand with the better storytelling. the gameplay may feel slow waiting for a crime to occur, but it makes up for it with plenty of random events, and sometimes you can choose yourself what to do/say in them. there can also be a lot of humorous (depending on your view of humor) moments such as deciding whether or not to use police brutality at feminist/LGB protests, and the ability to conduct investigations yourselves after your detectives have spent days gathering the pieces of a crime (which you will also have to arrange in chronological order), but i've heard that the core gameplay is pretty addictive.

there are even certain moments where you may be hard pressed to fire/act against certain cops or target a type of police officers (such as by race or gender & more) or reject to maintain justice & righteousness and face the repercussions

the game has received mostly positive reviews (very positive on steam!), but a couple of reviewing sites are giving it a 3 or 4 out of 10 due to the options it gives you against a few minority events

the game devs, weappy studio, is also from minsk, belarus, a country that's rather known for having harsh corruption problems & dictatorship-esque conditions

if anyone really cares

Assad's forces are now nearly finished circling Syrian rebel forces (in this case, the Kurds & YPG) in Eastern(?) Aleppo, which, before the war, was Syria's largest city. However, now the EU, France, and UK are trying to have him halt his advance/end his forces' siege, the EU for something along the lines of humanitarian reasons.

a live map; http://syria.liveuamap.com/

Quote
Russia and Syria are launching a large-scale humanitarian operation for Aleppo residents, Russia's Defense Ministry said. Corridors for civilians and militants ready to lay down arms will be created to exit the city, which was Syria’s largest before the war.

According to the minister, the fourth corridor for the passage of fighters in Aleppo is being set up only because the US has not provided Russia with data on the al-Nusra Front terrorist group, which has recently been attempting to merge with other armed opposition groups in Syria.

update, as i don't want to create two threads for this

a berlin clinic has just probably been attacked, though this is literally as fresh as it gets, and there is very little to this story yet. so far, all that's known is the gunman shot & killed a doctor, with possibly others injured, before killing himself. may be a murder-Self Delete

A doctor has been shot at a hospital in the German capital Berlin, according to police. The gunman later shot and killed himself.
The incident took place at a clinic at Charité University's Benjamin Franklin campus, located in the Steglitz district, in the city's southwest.

Berlin’s police department has released a statement saying the doctor is critically injured and currently being treated in an intensive care unit.

There are unconfirmed reports from Bild that the doctor is a senior dental surgeon.

The Syrian man who blew himself up in Ansbach, Germany, on Sunday made a video pledging allegiance to the leader of so-called Islamic State, Bavarian authorities say.
The man threatened a "revenge attack" on Germans in the video, they said.
Germany's federal prosecutor's office has taken on the case due to "the suspicion of membership of a foreign terrorist organisation".

A Syrian asylum seeker who had previously tried to commit Self Delete has been cited as the man who was killed in an "intentional" bombing in the Bavarian town of Ansbach. Officials are investigating any terrorist links.

Police said in a statement early Monday morning that "a man, according to our current knowledge the perpetrator, died" in the blast outside a wine bar in the town where an open-air music festival was being held on Sunday night. Twelve people were injured, three of them seriously.
The man, who was carrying a backpack, according to Bavarian Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann, had been denied entry to the music festival as he did not have a ticket. The minister said authorities were still investigating if the blast was an act of terrorism. "We can't rule it out," Herrmann said.

More than 50,000 state employees have been rounded up, sacked or suspended in the days since the coup attempt.
On Wednesday, 99 top military officers were charged in connection with the events of the weekend.

remember, these 50,000 - 60,000 people that have been purged from service aren't just ordinary nobodies. these were military officers, judges, police forces, university teachers, and all other types of civil service/governmental occupations. it looks like those (including myself) in the last turkish coup topic who feared this may have been a false flag attack may have just been right. erdogan has now declared a 3-month state of emergency.

also a turk from a different community explains how a state of emergency works in turkey;

state of emergency laws in turkey is way different than the west.

police or soldiers ( and akp supporters in that case) can shoot you death without legal reason according to state of emergency laws in turkey.

carson just went rogue and off the rails

he first said he will not be 'politically correct' at the start of his speech, and then started going on about things that weren't at all on his prompter, then he proceeded to go at hillary (not sure about this part, wasn't there for it, had to leave to get something out of the room) and mentioned lucifer a few times, and made multiple remarks that weren't on his prompter either, i wasn't around for all of it. the people at RNC cut his speech off short, but apparently it was supposed to be much, much longer

Off Topic / today marks the 72nd anniversary of D-Day
« on: June 06, 2016, 09:54:18 AM »

today marks the 72nd year since the allied powers performed operation overlord, the largest landing operation in history on normandy, which then lead to the liberation of northwestern europe from german occupation, and aided in the eventual allied liberation of the western european front.

the following countries, as listed by wikipedia, contributed;
United Kingdom
United States
Canada
Australia
Belgium
Czechoslovakia
Denmark
Free France
Greece
Netherlands
New Zealand
Norway
Poland

and fought against german defenses including the atlantic wall

germany also made use of their foreign legions to fight alongside their main army, which, as the name insists, were non-german volunteers or conscripts, which also consisted of french volunteers and conscripts (though i'm not sure myself if the french were used as well to defend normandy)

in the end, the allies faced over 10,000 casualties, alongside 4,414 dead (as listed by wikipedia). on the german side, 4,000 - 9,000 casualties (also listed by wikipedia)

so yeah, i haven't seen anything on TV or the news about it, except for a 6 PM show on AHC about it
