howsabout you become a vassal and cede sunyong to me? as a vassal your economy and military will merge but of course it's suzerainty, not sovereignty, so your military will still be directly controlled by you. aee anglond for details as to autonomy

after some time, it's just silence

the last ships set off through the lehr, carrying now mostly refugees and some troops with the means to defend the refugees, enroute to scotia. another mass evacuation takes place, larger than the ships, consisting of mostly civilian refugees. though, along with the civilians are quite a few military commanders, their personal units, as well as a large force of soldiers. they take with them needed supplies and head west, though not on an offensive or landgaining assault, but rather fleeing to lay low with tribes (and setting up camps within uninhabitated territory, too, should they not be accepted) of lands that are willing to accept their refuge. the rest of the army, though, or at least what remains of it, keeps in their defensive positions along the last territory being held, ready to put up with a grueling fight all the way to the capital.

i think after this i may leave, but that doesn't mean gruzia-nec nor georgien people dont exist anymore. i may do something with the refugees later, idk

As the Romekate forces push through the outer lines of the oil fields, since nothing we do seems to work, many plumes of smoke rose in the horizon. The wells and reserves that had been previously heavily and widely exploited now burn away wastefully, set ablaze by retreating forces, with no means of fire prevention still around. Their glow shines rightly in the night as the Romekate force continues on. At this point, the lack of food may start becoming more apparent as well for such a large force, since scorched earth had been in effect since the start of the fight for Sunyong.

As they have now began to reach the center of the Georgien nation, the arming of civilians becomes more apparent, a policy of service by requirement going through. Support from Kyrev to the West is requested. Mass armies of militia and troops are hastily formed as full mobilization is pushed into effect, moving east to the front lines as foreign troops have began their offensive onto the homeland. Artillery batteries are made use of, still, to batter the oncoming army from cover. With less of a wide line to be taking care of, forces begin to grow more dense between eachother, giving a chance to form a stronger defense line. The armies that had previously defended the now-destroyed oil fields fall back to the southern area of the nation, taking up garrison in cities. Along the way, rail lines are destroyed, as well as other means of infrastructure until they reach the city.  The most experienced strategists and defensive commanders are given the responsibility of it.

Again, a message to the further Western countries is given, warning that New Romekate probably won't stop at Grúzia, and will continue to march through the smaller nations around them one by one should said nations respect their own independence.

After some time of consideration, a new plan is put into effect. As power is handed down to the young Kornél II, a speech is held in the capital. During it, the people are told of the current situation with New Romekate. The people are told as it is; They are under the assault of a force, and are under the threat of absolute capitulation. Knowing the economic difficulties it will bring, any able-bodied man is called to war out of honor and defense of their country, before showing to those a greater danger that looms over their homeland. In the speech, the men who choose to remain pacifist are discredited and criticized for their lack of patriotism and willingness to let their nation fall.

As the Romekate's army continues on with it's push, Georgien K.g. Armee, Gendarmerie, and Landeswehr forces reorganize to oil territories. Fortifications and defensive structures begin to be hastily set up with what time they have, before taking their stance with artillery armed and readied. Anti-cavalry measures are taken, as well, with chevaux de frise being set up along most of them.

the airships aren't shot down because this forum looks like ass on mobile and i didnt see the new post warning when i read below

the romekate focus on war industry is not changed; it's been in high gear ever since the vassalization of anglond

the low-handed thievery of west sunyong's very culture is used in leaflets shot over not-yet occupied parts of sunyong calling for the assistance of those who care for their culture

it is quite interesting, you claim that the romekates are erasing cultures yet here you stand stealing west sunyong's, gruzia

how do you know the art and wealth isn't back in the capital or any of the other major cities? infact why would you care at all when you're still in a heavy & active battle in sunyong territory

in response to the all seeing eye of new romekate, the counter claim is made that the artifacts are being taken back to be preserved and safe, far away from war, and that it will be given back to romekate/sunyong by war's end. there is also no official order and never has there been one to steal from sunyong's people or history, and that officers have generally ordered soldiers not to act out of line

i should also note that the ships going to scotia keep themselves far off from any pro-arcon or pro-romekate land

Industry begins to be focused on mass production of military equipment, albeit maybe later than they should have. The mass production includes but is not limited to weaponry and equipment, though a majority being improved attachable-detachable bayonets. Soldiers are immediately outfitted with them once produced, the intention being to help in slowing the all out assault of Romekate forces.

Chevaux de frise continue to be made alongside these, too, though metal variants begin to be set up in fortifications within the inner, more western territory of Grúzia-Nec. Works of art and books of ancient-to-present history of the Georgien peoples and nation, as well as even stolen works of art and wealth from Sunyong, are taken through the Lehr river to the ocean by ship, before being transported to Scotia through. Merchant/trade ahips.
