if someone is annoying someone else and things get a bit haughty then i always mute both parties, regardless of who is at fault. it may not be fair, but i believe that both were causing a disturbance somehow so it makes sense. and if you only mute one person then the other guy gets smug and then the muted guy comes back after his mute time is over way pissy and stuff.

besides, its no big deal. rexx wasnt being a bad guy or anything.

oh yeah, i guess if someone is just being good at a game, it's totally fair to punish them for not letting the other person win.
