Listening to it fills me with a feeling that nothing else can, it's nearly indescribable. Try to imagine the feeling you get from a big drop on a roller coaster without the empty stomach effect, combined with what feels like a hot blanket being draped over your back and steam shooting out of the front of you. That's the best I can do to describe it, I still get that feeling when I listen to something really heavy. Metal is also accepting, regardless of your talent or appearance. Of course there are the elitist starfishs, as every genre has, but generally metalheads just want to see other people making and enjoying extreme music the same way they do no matter who they are or how well they play. That feeling of acceptance also pulled me in as a kid, since my parents did not like who I was at all and forced me to repress it.

So I just got 2 shots today, Hepatitis A and flu shot, along with getting blood taken. The blood part hurt a bit, but I hadn't been to the doctor in maybe 2 years, along with the fact it was in the bend of my arm. The Hepatitis didn't hurt a bit, maybe a little sting but then it was nothing. The flu shot was the worst since it went into my muscle, it's the only shot that hurts now. Damn needles.
