What is it?BCPD:FR is a Server / Client mod that enables servers to have a Police Force. With BCPD:FR, officers can perform Traffic Stops, Respond to Calls, Execute Warrants, and many other law enforcement features. People in the server will have records, as a Licence Plate Number. When pulled over, an Officer will pull up their name. Their records will display any warrants, past history, number of times stopped, tickets, date of last stop, and more information on the user.
Traffic-StopsIf an officer chooses to stop a vehicle, the officer can do so. The officer simply types the persons name into the computer, and requests to go 10-51 (Stopping Vehicle) with the driver. The driver will receive a highlighted message telling them that they are being pulled over. After 10 seconds, the officer has the option to radio 10-50 (Vehicle Pursuit) to other officers.
CitationsAn officer can write a citation to a driver for up to 400$. Citations are written via the Citation Gui, and require the following information: (1)infraction, (2)vehicle, (3)vehicle color, (4)fine / warning;
RadioVia the Computer System, an Officer can radio to other officers. To do this, simply enter your squad car, and open the system. Click on the Radio button, and enter in the message to other officers. The message will immediately be display to other officers. Officers can also radio via /FRadio message. This will be displayed to officers as well.
PA SystemWhile in a traffic stop, an officer can use the built in PA System. This will display a message to the person in the traffic stop. This is good for ordering suspects out of their vehicle, or telling them to move their vehicle. This would have multiple benefits.
CalloutsWhen a user reports an incident (/911 mugging), their message will be displayed over the police radio to officers who are not busy. This allows Police Officers to quickly respond to calls, as well as users to request the help of officers.
Computer SystemOfficers (with client mod) will have a Police Computer at their discretion. The Computer System is available to officers while they are in a vehicle. This is where Officers will be doing a lot of their work:
DatabaseUsers can pull up user records via the Computer. This includes any activity with the Police Department. An example of a record list:

CodesAn Officer can go Code-3 to a scene via the Codes GUI. This GUI allows Officers to declare certain codes. Such as Code-3 (responding), 10-6 (busy), etc. Officer's codes will be displayed to Officers on the Status Database.
RequestsOfficers can request one of 3 things via the Police System: (1) Additional Units, (2) EMS, (3) Fire Department. Officer requests will appear over the radio as urgent. This can be useful for a resisting suspect, or when a suspect is possibly armed. You can read more about EMS and FD below.
Much More...Emergency DepartmentsUsers who are associated with an Emergency Department (EMS or Fire Dept) will receive call outs from Officers via the radio as they come in. The Departments are as follows:
EMSWhen an Officer requests EMS, the Medical Department will be notified to send an ambulance to the Officers location. Useful when an officer is low in HP, when they have been shot. Or when a suspect was shot and needs assistance.
Fire DepartmentWhen an Officer requests Fire Department Assistance, the Fire Department will be sent a notification via the radio to send a Fire Truck to the requesting Officer's location. This is useful for when a structure has been set on fire by an arsonist, or other Fire related issues.
Governmental SystemSuper Admins are the assumed Government Officials of the server. They can issue warrants for people, as well as make a user an Officer, or remove their privileges.
