Drama / Nightfox - Troll

Night Fox

Alright. Ever since I joined here, Nightfox has not stopped trolling every topic I make. I've made 1 drama in total, and honestly, I did not want to make another one. However, it has come to my attention that his stupidity will not cease until he hopefully realizes he is a troll. I won't get into detail because I'm sure this isn't his first drama. I listed a table of quotes that were useful to my topic and ones that were not.

Did you just call him "Weh?"
Are you seriously so damn lazy that you couldn't type one extra character, so that it doesn't look like you have a mental deficiency?

Posting inside jokes publicly makes you seem like a prick.
And please explain to me how I am "trolling."

Windows 7 Blockland Theme

As the title states, this topic is about a Windows 7 Blockland Theme I recently created. It is available for download and constructive criticism. It features screenshots that I selected that are of a high quality. There are 6 screenshots in this pack. They change once every 30 minutes. I plan on making more packs. If you are interested in contributing to a pack, please PM me pictures. Do not post them on the topic.

Off Topic / Forum Spambots

I noticed recently that there are a lot of spambot sign ups. I am the owner of an SMF forum and I can tell if a username is a spammer or not. I noticed a username that was suspicious so I clicked onto the profile. It turned out that it was a spam bot. I noticed multiple spam bots. When I had my SMF Forum, I had about 8 or 9 bad sign-ups a day. I posted a few links below to a few of these users. I installed Project Honeypot onto my forum and helped bust 12 spammers. It also blocks these bots from even viewing the forum. I posted info on Honeypot below. I also posted the links to the users that are spam bots.

What do you guys think of these spammers? If I got around 7 spammers a day on a quiet forum, I can only imagine a forum with 20 thousand users.

Drama / DarkLight - Backstabber

I'll keep the story brief. I was talking to DarkLight about Blockland Stealth and how I needed a server. He mentioned that he had a server he would give me if I gave him a good position and admin on the forums. He gave me the domain and control to the FTP and cPanel. I was the webmaster of the site. A month went by and everything was good. I had Stealth working well, and everything was great. I went to the site one day to find that it was empty. I emailed DarkLight and he told me that the server crashed and everything was lost. He transferred to another host and I tried to rebuild. I lost ALL my months work on Stealth, my forum, and  FTP was dead for the next couple weeks. After FTP went back up I rebuilt. A few weeks later FTP died yet again. Everything was, yet again, lost. The databases were fine. I rebuilt(yet again) and everything was good. About a month later(today), Dark shut the website down and gave it to someone else. He gave them ALL my copyrighted material, the Stealth database, and control of the website. I PM'd Dark and he said that he gave someone else the website. He never really gave me a reason but I was mad. DarkLight just ended Blockland Stealth and my clan. What do you think of this? What would you do? I'm seriously considering a civil lawsuit for some copyright theft and intellectual property theft.

Google Chrome Blockland Themes
I was recently working on something with Chrome and realized that there are no Blockland themes. This annoyed me so I decided to create my own. You can download them below. I'm not going to post pictures. Why? Google Chrome has an undo button in case you don't like it. Try it, and if you don't like them, press undo. They come in a variety of colors and fragrances but all look the same minus the colors. Please provide some feedback on what you think. Thanks.

I recently made an investment with GTA 4 for PC. I love it, but I want to see what some Blockland players think of it. I'm sure you've heard of it or played it, so what do you think?

I honestly like to free roam. It's fun crashing into things and people to see their reaction, as well as being chased.

Off Topic / Nuclear Fallout from Japan?

I was just watching the news, and I saw this thing where it said that the Nuclear Power plants in Japan are melting down. I saw a map which said that the fallout is going to hit California. I'm not really sure what to think of it but I figured I would post it here. Look at the map.

What do you guys think of this?

I know there was a topic about the Tsunami, but I didn't notice one about the fallout.

What is Blockland Stealth?
Blockland Stealth is the future of Blockland. Creations that you never thought possible, all coming together to create an experience so astonishing that your Blockland Experience will never be the same. The best Blockland minds coming together to create one massive system of Social Networking Blockland Style.

Securely trade private/rare add-ons that you happen to have. Mod Market gives you the ability to post private mods, in return, to get your mod, the user has to give you a mod that you want. You are given a tracking number, and your mod has to be approved to not be fake. You post your mods into your inventory, and a Jeepserver Mod Department Representative has to approve it. That representative will set the title, and description, then you can post it. This is so users get what they want.

Browse, and download videos created by the Blockland Community. Videos can be up to 30 minutes, and are all in High Quality with little to no lag(depends on your internet. I have good player on it). As a video creator, you can choose the Title, description, and can put in a list of people of who were in the video(and where you recorded it(Jeep's Server))

Create, Manage, and control your clan. You can manage users, apps, news, events, avatars, positions, ect. Users can send Blockland saves to the clan owner directly, and if that app is accepted, the user is automatically added to that clan. Everything your clan needs, down to the app. Stealth is your Clan Manager.

Browse news posted by Jeepserver. Stay up to date with the latest Blockland happenings simply by viewing the front-page of Stealth. Stealth news is updated constantly, and you can view ANY article EVER created at ANY time. It's all a matter of reading.

Send users Private Messages, reply, block, modify, whatever you can imagine. You can talk live to other users via Stealth Chat.  Stealth keeps you connected, and is always waiting to serve you.

Send your friends, and users 60 second voice messages. Whatever text can't say, say it into a microphone. Blockland has always wanted voice chat, and now it is here. No strings, no watermarks, nothing. Just, stealth.

Browse, and use Apps created by Blockland Developers. If you know PHP, or Flash, then why don't you get your name known, submit an app! Apps can extend from tools, to games. Whatever the community can imagine, it can make. The best minds of Blockland, creating an all-in-one center of Networking.

Personal Appeal

  My intentions for making Blockland Stealth are good. I do not intend to "replace" RTB, or "compete" with AB. I made entirely sure that all 3 of these were not clones. I realized that users should not have a choice of using different things that offer the same thing. They should, however, have the option to choose between different things and get different features. This way no one is cloning anyone else. Creativity is an asset when it comes to being a developer. I really am not sure when Stealth will be out, it could be a month, up to three months. Please understand that I am not honestly sure of that myself. I do not want to bother with people who are going to flame this. I understand that there will be people who just have to try to make my situation harder, but I do not have time for it. I'm not the kind of person who will blow this off for weeks without a development and blame it on school, or other things. I intend to put effort into developments frequently and it will not take months to get an update that you wanted. This will only support Windows, I apologize for that but Macs just do not support the things we need. It is not my incapability to support Mac, it is Stealth's functionality that overpowers the Macs capability. I would like to constantly expand this with innovative ideas such as the Express Edition of Stealth that loads onto your flash drive so when you are doing "homework" at school you can see read your messages, ect. I would like to thank you for reading my personal appeal, and hopefully that helped you understand that better. Please note that I will accept question, and constructive critCIAm, but I will be disregarding flame. I am also aware that there will be people that will come out with with clones to Stealth because they can't come up with their own ideas. If you are one of those people, you cannot call yourself a developer by stealing someone elses idea. Thank you for reading this. I hope my intentions to connect users and offer a new look on Blockland were cleared and put into mind when you comment on this.
