He was not jailed for the harrasment in the video. He got fined for that. He was jailed because he was swinging a tow chain on his porch threatening to strangle the mother with it. He's crazy

Tips:
-Crawling at a "walk" speed can pretty much get you anywhere.
-If being chased, either run far, or run into a building. (NOT recommended if you are defenseless)
-Avoid other players whom are armed.
-Pavement / Roads are a dead giveaway. (pun)

Off Topic / Traffic Rant Thread: Careless Drivers & Texting

So, on my way home today, I almost ~~plowed into~~ rear ended someone due to lack of attention on their part. I made a right from a light (green). No one was in front of me, and the next light was about 15 seconds away (it was green). There was a car at the light, but again, it was 15 seconds away. I didn't need to worry about it. 10 seconds later, as I'm going full speed, I realize that the car that was 15 seconds away 10 seconds ago never moved from the light. Turns out she was texting (illegal in my state). So, I stop, but she STILL doesn't move. I tap my horn once, and again, NO response. I tap it again, and she finally gets the hint. I'm pretty sure she wanted to finish her text.

However, that text almost got a full size Jeep into the back of her Neon at 45 MPH. How often does this happen to the other drivers here? Anyone else have any interesting stories?
