Your 'business plan' seems to be a mess. Like. Not worked out at all. "They can buy it for $19 a month, but choose to do monthly as well" wtf. Like. seriously. I would still make it cheaper or a one time payment, not really worth $3.50 a month, all it is is management, like seriously.Management is a very very very slimmed down way to describe blockStar. In fact, it's so slim that it's partially inaccurate. It's also a great moderation tool. It's a constant camera on your server even when you're not there. Plus, the Public Chat Log release can save your servers reputation in the event of a drama. If you'd prefer hosting, then you can do that. I can't stop you. Hopefully your host will some day have blockStar support.
