I'm starting to think that this new leader has no clue what he's doing. He complained about the food issue, but does nothing about it. He instead gets in the face of the Worlds Strongest Army / Navy, as well as many others, and talks crap to them. Despite having no long ranged missiles, and despite that the country they are provoking has missiles that could travel around the world and back.

North Korea said that it will turn South Korea into ashes in the next few days. It is testing a Nuclear War Head tonight or tomorrow.
