Sorry for not clearing this up, he explicitly told me he wasn't really laughing at the kids, we was making a joke about how it could actually happen in this sick planet we have, more specifically the US. Of course it's a forgeted up joke, but stuff, let this go.

I don't imagine this to be too terribly easy to do, edit the engine to suddenly include a feature like this. Plus, it's a not a very large contributing factor to Blockland.It's the oldest and most popular suggestion in Blockland.
