Perhaps an option to keep your posts in some sort of archive

Some people already log posts, even if the post was edited or deleted.
Like Badspot.

if you don't want to use the account, don't use it. the accounts should stay even when not active so we can look at peoples profiles, previous posts, etc

Why would it matter though if the account is deleted?
So we can scavenge through their old posts?
Does it matter lol?
