there was a $20 bill on the floor of my science room in 6th grade
i didn't know whether to pick it up or not
someone else did and i thought i should tell the teacher so i could have it but i was afraid the actual owner would say something ;-;

The same thing happened to me only the guy who picked it up gave it to the guy who was sitting there. He had dropped it from his pocket or something.
