So if any of you remember, OnLive is that really good attempt at cloud gaming. First reactions from people were critical, people kept questioning just how it would be done properly. Eventually these guys got it right. Basically OnLive is like playing your game on another computer in high quality. The only downside is that you require a fast connection (because you're literally playing a game over the internet), but hey you get to play your games in the highest settings! Oh and the picture is a bit blurry/unclear. Did I mention that because it's a game-cloud/stream service, you can watch other people?
tl;dr: You get OnLive, you play game over internet off their servers.

Play Metro 2033, Amnesia, F3AR or Orks Must Die for free! You can also pay $1 to be able to play them forever.
www.onlive.comSignup is free, and you can play 30 minute demos of the games available. I don't remember how many games there are, but there are plenty. They work to the same capacity as the real copies, except you can't change any video/graphics settings (because they are all playing in high settings/quality anyway).
It makes my performance worse on this.
It's always blurry, and often has lag spikes. While on steam, it doesn't :c
Maybe it's just my internet but it seems faster when I just play the games, even when I can't run them. I tried out Just Cause 2 and it was about the same performance as on my computer.
