I don't find it acceptable to play on a monitor smaller than 1920x1080. That picture actually is resized from his 1920x1080. The only time I'd use a computer for anything and find it acceptable to have it lower than 1080 is if I'm on a laptop.

I'd love to play in 1080p except two things;

• I don't have the money for a 1080p monitor right now,
• I would likely get a GPU upgrade before a 1080p monitor.  Higher resolution = more to render for the GPU.  A single GTX460 can run lots of games on high in 1440x900, but going up to 1920x1080 would mean I might have to turn it down to medium for some games.  And, a new GPU would in turn probably require me to get a new power supply and maybe a new case to get better airflow for the GPU.  I'd probably get maybe like two GTX660s in the future.

Windows Live has been giving me serious stuff lately.

I will launch GTA4 or DoW2: Chaos Rising and god damn GFWL won't auto-sign in like I set it to.  Then it'll just say "LIVE servers unavailable lol" and I have to try again and wait for the damn thing to work.

I honestly hate all the Live stuff they've done.  I can't even work with it anymore and I'd rather use even Facebook to talk to people.

I liked the old lego sets where they charged you for what you get. Now, it's just $40 for some 300 piece set.

I still have probably thousands of dollars of legos in my room.

I agree, the price hike has been the main reason I have stopped buying LEGOs.

DIDNT SEE THAT ONE COMMING

The people that were in my server were a bunch of close friends.  They started kicking and banning each other when they kept yelling at each other for building this too close to that or building that really stupid thing or whatever.

It's not like I opened up the server to you guys and made everyone on OP, I'll do that when hell freezes over.

He said he was going to work on Creative mode some more. What do you guys think would be good in it?

The idea of Creative is essentially no mobs, and infinite items.

Originally, Creative is the version of the game that was before Alpha phase.  It has much simpler lighting, no mobs, a finite map, instant digging/mining and infinite blocks, however the choice of blocks is much more limited.  The idea of just creating and not surviving has persisted through today in the community.

I used to host servers where mobs would be off and everyone were OPs and we would create cities.  I stopped hosting mainly because people got bored, people abused the OP privileges, people started dictating what should be built and not built... etc.  Nowadays I only play in SSP, using mods like TooManyItems and CJB cheats in order to create a nice environment that lets me create whatever I want.  Alone.

You should consider resizing that picture.  It's enough to see the same damn servers advertised over and over again like there's no tomorrow but even worse when you guys put giant full-size pictures of your stupid server as if we can't get the point.

inb4"lolsmallscreen", its 1600 pixels wide.  Not everyone owns a 1600x900.
