$40 dollar difference makes you poor. okay, mister douchebag.
You seem a bit upset bro.

ADDENDUM: Not to mention the fact that AMD is more OC friendly, which means you could get even more power out of it.
You can get overclocks of around 5GHz with liquid cooling if you try with any processor.

This is the third…loving…thread…on this single loving bill..

I will never pass, stop moaning.
Trust me, there will be people who will try their hardest to get it passed, and those people are the giant corporations who have huge pulls with political party members.

I hope you realize the price gap between those two. It's enough for them to be in seperate brackets.
Ok?  Then if you're actually able to afford it then go ahead and buy Intel.  If you're poor and would like to have some bragging right in owning a modest hexcore than go for AMD.

This isn't even a Core i7, it's a Core i5 of Intel's latest Sandy Bridge CPU lineup, versus AMD's top processor, a Phenom II X6.  Intel still wins.

The website is biased because it's including the extremely high end processors, which Intel makes, and AMD doesn't. Unless you plan on owning your own supercomputer, this means nothing, because I'm talking about consumer level CPUs.
Also if you can't get why including one group more than the other is statistically biased, I have little hope for you.
I wasn't even referring to every single $1k-$2k Intel CPU.  I even flat out stated that Intel quadcores are better than AMD hexcores.  Most Intel quadcores are consumer level these days, the more expensive Intel ones that range higher than $500 are for the most part hexcores.

nvidia has a tendency to overheat like a bitch

just saying
Any GPU can heat like a bitch.  They just make the chip, they don't tell manufacturer's specifically to put whatever type of fan on their cards.  It all depends on airflow.
I'm not citing any website with heavily biased answers so it'd just make you look like an idiot, but go for it.
So why is it biased?  Because there are simply more Intel cpus on the list?

That's like saying an automotive review critic is biased because he reviews more Toyota cars than Maseratis.  :cookieMonster:

1. Cherry picked answers.
2. You're resorting to attacking my own intelligence. Running out of arguments?
Should I start repeating "cherry picked answers" too, then?

There are at least 2-3 consumer level Intel CPUs above AMD's highest top of the line processor.

You're stupid and you're making yourself look even worse.

I'm not going to buy it all at once
Er... I hope its within a 3 month time period because by a year those parts will already be outdated with something better for the same amount of money.

Leading in market share =/= leading in performance you dipstuff.

With your logic, Toyota must be better than Maserati.
http://www.cpubenchmark.net/high_end_cpus.html

Intel quad cores are better than AMD hexcores.  What does that tell you?  By this logic, 4 is better than 6 because apparently Intel made their quadcores better than AMD's hexcores.

BTW, you kept saying that Intel had business trouble.  Er go, I gave evidence that they're clearly not having trouble with business.  Then you went on and jumped to performances, which Intel still leads.

oh god it's gibberish
one
two
or three
One, you know why?

You are not choosing the motherboards with the right CPU socket.  The CPUs you chose to buy are socket LGA 1155.  The three motherboards you chose are LGA 1155, LGA 1366 and 1366 again respectively.

I really don't recommend that you go with anything owned by Intel. They've been having problems with chipset designers and thus are falling behind. If you need proof, look at the highest end AMD stuff vs the highest end Intel stuff.
Also pay no attention to this.

I don't know why people like to slam on Intel or Nvidia, they make some of the highest quality parts out there.  If it doesn't work they promptly replace it.  My brother rubbed his finger all over his Core i7 920 like a handicap and they still replaced it for free.

hurr okay
Intel mobo
or AMD CPU
I suggest an Intel mobo.  I prefer Intel and Nvidia over AMD/AMD.  Mix-matching them isn't pretty either (Intel + AMD graphics or AMD + Nvidia graphics).

You chose an AMD motherboard.  And Intel processors.

What the forget.

yuck nividia
Pay no attention to this.

I mean, how do this affect you? Why can't Miika post about it if she want?
