« on: June 29, 2011, 01:35:59 AM »Bullstuff. I have my iPod on at almost max brightness every night, with my motherloving TV running, and I fall asleep within an hour. While watching YT on iPod.Maybe you should stop trying to sleep at 9 AM with all those on after pulling an all nighter then.
Anyways, no clue as to what is a quick solution. Maybe try dimming your laptop screen? Or you could put the computer down and close your eyes. Always helps.
Studies actually have shown that computer screens can decrease the generation of melatonin, a natural substance that helps you fall asleep. It's naturally generated at night when the sun is gone so you will start getting sleepy and eventually sleep.
