The problem is either you actually have liked these pages yourself, which is entirely your own fault, or someone else liked/shared it, which you can change by either not seeing any of their updates or just only their important ones.

My entire Facebook feed is new content from any of the following:  my actual friends list (with annoying people hidden) or good/funny pages that I've liked.

The FDA was always a terrible department. Anything the gov't does is inefficient. If the FDA went away I'm almost positive that a private replacement would take over. Just look at CE. Every electronic device you use has a CE stamp on it. They are a private reputable testing company with real money to lose that has become a standard in the modern world.

The FDA wasn't ALWAYS terrible.  They were kind of necessary around the time that they were created, just read any US history book about that time when reforms such as the FDA's creation were made.

Oh I don't know. Maybe because he hasn't done stuff for the US in time in office. Economy is still stuff. Nations debt is going deeper and deeper each day.

The national debt is out of control and has been since before he has gone in office.  Instead of assuming the economy is stuff because you happily consume spoon-fed bullstuff from typical media, you'd know that economy is actually doing pretty fairly decent for still recovering from a recession.  The national debt isn't a problem because of the economy, it's a problem because we have a ginormous defense budget because we have stuff all over the world and we dump billions of dollars on stuffty things like Israel and drone programs.  He's done plenty of stuff in office, and I don't even like him.

At least he would have some new ideas instead of Obama's stuff.

Oh yeah like completely reversing all of the recovery efforts for the economy following the recession.  Yeah that's a great idea, after making at least a fairly good improvement following the recession worse than the Great Depression, let's completely reverse everything and start heading in a new direction.  That's a totally loving great idea, stellar thinking.

Optical drives are so ugly, anyone else here joined the camp of people just not buying those things anymore? Get an external one and keep your case looking clean, its dead media.

I bought a SATA DVDRW drive just because I still have 1-3 games lying around that make use of it.  I don't really mind it.  It's with any laptop that is smaller than 15" that I don't see a use for.
