Off Topic / Apartment + Payment = Fun (rant)

So I live in a 1 bedroom apartment, the apartment themselves are nice but i've had major issues with them actually accepting payment on time. Don't get this wrong, it's not that my checks are not being accepted, not at all.
One time I paid my rent on the 2nd (10% late payment charge is on the 5th) before going to visit my parents for a few days. I came back on the 7th and I had a note on my door saying I had a $56 charge for a late rent payment.
Here's the kicker: I had my rent withdrawal (i even looked at my rent price, it was the exact same) come out on the 4th.
After about 10 mins of nothing actually happening with the office I just decided fug it and paid the late fee.
Fast Forward 2 months after that last event, somehow my apartment got bed bugs, nothing major. Got it treated and I was expecting to be charged. I did, $300 which I didn't have the money for because of apprenticeship. I went to the office and I had went to work out a payment plan for that, they said I could pay it off $100 a month which was perfect for me. So I did that, they had supposedly put it in the system which I even saw...
...1 week later I got a 3 day pay or leave notice for $326.69 (uh guys i dont think that's how 10% works)
Went to the office again: guess what, nothing except getting that $100 they actually charged me to be taken out of the $326.
I just said forget it and took out a small loan (essentially doing the same thing as the payment plan except with interest) to pay it off and asked how long it was till my lease expired.
Is what they're doing even loving legal anyways? What do I even do if they attempt this stuff again?

so I'm stuck for a long car trip and every time I leave a city I go from 4g (not lte) to 2g GPRS not even edge
I'm on T-Mobile why is this happening? they said they had expanded their coverage to 4g lte practically everywhere in the US

Now these large amounts of props make a beautiful space ship.
And we're out of testing phase.
We're releasing on time.
So I'm glad I got burned.
Think of all the things we learned
for the people who are
still flourishing.

They say Eric Hartman has genealogical ties to former members of the national socialist party--everyone in the "Heroic League" knows this. How deep with these philosophies does he run, though? He has made countless amounts of money making games that addict and enshelter young males, causing them to spend their time and money on the games and moving them to the fringes of society. They say this causes us to lose contact with the normal world through social means--they say we alienate ourselves, lose friends, and only make friends with others who have been desocialized like this. Be honest. This appears to describe a certain set of people, doesn't it? Have you ever wondered if gaming is the reason why you have trouble interacting with members of the opposite love? On some level, this is agreeable to everyone, but it goes even further. They say Blockland and Age of Time were specifically designed for the purpose of desocializing young males and causing us to fail to reproduce.
They have claimed that this is Eugenics at its finest. Eric does this not only to make a profit, but also to ensure that your genes will not be passed down to future generations. He created this forum for the purpose of socializing us among ourselves and further distracting us from the experiential interactions of the real world. Have you noticed the average member-base of this forum? Do you think it was coincidence that it turned out this way? We are being herded into our own biological failure, and Eric Hartman is our shepherd. EA has been getting a lot of undeserved hate recently and that means that they have undeserved profit loss.
Unfortunately though, the haters are poor and misguided and poor and misguided.
Did I mention poor and misguided enough to see valve as the superior company to EA when EA has been making superior games?
Here are a couple reasons why you guys are poor and misguided:
Bribing amazing companies like IGN for better ratings
What the hell?
Name one company who hasn't bribed these companies for better ratings.
It's common fact that in order to get better ratings: you bribe more.
If you don't have money to bribe the reviewing companies or your employees then you are not a business.
So valve is doing bribery, admit it guys.
Origin is a terrible service.
No, it's not, steam is a terrible service and I don't recall ever downloading a game from them.
I don't like social features, I'm a social outcast and I don't know all of these social things like the things that tell me to "type in a message and press send" or this "Discussions" thing.
Origin not having easily seen social services is an amazing thing for me and a lot of other social outcasts.

While EA has AAA titles such as: Dead Space 3, Mass Effect 3 (great ending btw) and Sim City.
