but I am using the most stufftiest CPU ever, Pentium D 280

how much bottleneck will I get? I currently have the GT 240, so would I get any performance boost?

id focus on upgrading the motherboard, ram, and CPU over the GPU.
i'll give an upgrade list if you want, just give me a budget.

sometimes steam set my fire alarm off. like from taking showers or boiling water. we eventually just pulled it off the wall and covered it with a towel lol.

meh, air set my fire alarm off, ask the fire alarm why it did that.

so, it went off two more times, one at 3:00 AM for 30 seconds.

and just a few minutes ago it went off for 2 seconds.

it's a smoke alarm that's powered off of the apartment, so it's not the non existant batteries.

so, uh, WTF IS GOING ON?

no but we got washing machines which broken down produces smoke and triggers the fire alarm.
someone tried putting a loving matress in a small washing machine and paid the $1.25 to run it.
fire alarm 1 minute later.
