Every word you say is empty until there is valid proof.
My argument is that you are scrawny, and I presented my proof of that.

As a matter of fact, I don't want to deal with you people at all. Especially the "fat-ass internet tough guy hiding behind a keyboard" variety.

I am no longer inclined to argue with you until you post some sort of valid proof. Call me a scrawny loser and that you won the argument if you like, Just know that I don't care and I silently pity you.
I'm hardly hiding behind my keyboard. you want to fly to Australia to meet me? go ahead.

I don't need proof. You're 14, your traps are tiny. Your lats are non existent. Your shoulders are narrow as stuff and your arms are pencil width. You cling to this military mentality because you're insecure and you think it makes you tough. If you were so secure and disciplined you wouldn't take what I said so roughly. It's not hard to tell that I've really gotten to you.

But it is fixed since he doesn't live in australia.
I don't know why you think it bothers me that you don't think I'm aussie. Multiple people know I'm telling the truth.

Am I supposed to be keeping track?
Yes

Are you more interested in bragging about how more you can bench than actually benching?
I know how much I can bench because the weights have numbers on them.

According to your profile it's 11:46:13 PM
Profile is wrong

Silly kids pretending to be european to hide their shame in their own country.
Australia is not part of europe

It's 3 pm here. Nice try again.

When did I directly say that pushups build more than bench pressing? I don't only do pushups, I do a series of USMC PT exercises that build muscles.

And when I said I don't go to the Gym, I lied. When Sargent Ross is on duty or the whether is bad, we go to the weight room and we do actually do bench pressing and other weight
So back to my original question, how much do you bench? How much do you curl? How much do you deadlift? And what are these magical other excercises?

For someone who "doesn't care" what I think, you sure seem to care a lot.
Yes you do you loving wuss. If you're going to call people scrawny while saying you're some kung-fu master, post a picture. Until then, you're just some neckbearded manchild who's read a few web pages about body building.
There's no actual way you can force me to do that, but I admire your effort,

Someone who stuffs on other people for being "scrawny" better have a picture of their herculean body to back it up.
I don't need to back up stuff. He's 14 and thinks pushups will build more mass than bench press will. Anyone who knows anything about body building will just laugh at that.

you'll find that the military is in charge by someone who has never held a rifle, dumbass.
I never actually said otherwise

It was single-handedly ruined by one man, and I bet you we can pull it back up to #1 with the right guy.
Yeah nah, that's wrong too. Bush isn't totally to blame as much as he was an idiot. It's too much to go into but it's more the fault of your country's banks and lax lending laws. And I really doubt you guys can recover, your output doesn't even service your debt anymore. And it is your problem, you live in the country herp derp.

I'm not American either, but that doesn't mean I hate people who go fight for them. I mean, sure, the idea isn't the best, but it's pretty stupid to blame someone who's the pawn in the mix for all of it.
Who said I hated american soldiers? Quote me where I even IMPLIED that i have personal hatred towards them.

way to baselessly insult my country, nice retort! I can see you're desperately trying to slither away on this one.
The stuffhole comment was opinion sure, but americas economy is forgeted and you really can't argue that one (which probably stems from over allocation of resources to the military!)

Ahaha and you don't think they teach us respect here? You think it's solely punishment? I love this place, and I have a lot more respect for the men that go risk they're lives, so that you can practice your Kung Fu freely in the first place.
I'm not american so don't be surprised if your "hurp durp patriotism" crap doesn't work on me. America is a stuffhole with a crap economy, so no thank you.

That's great. I think we can both agree that a PT session is more exhausting and physically demanding than bench pressing.
Uh, no? You try benching 100 kg and then tell me what is more physically demanding. It might be more exhausting, but that's because there's a difference between body building and cardio training.

They teach real military moral there. I'm getting shouted at from the minute I wake up at 0630 to the time I go to bed. There's no space for weakness, and I'd like to think that I'm doing pretty damn well and Ive got a pretty damn strong mind.
I don't know why you're proud of that. I've got a strong mind and I don't get yelled at at all. In kung fu they teach us with respect, not punishment. You can't compare the two because they're completely different methods. Martial arts have been around a lot longer than the american military cult.

You can tell it's fake because the other arm doesn't look anything like that. And the skint ones are different.

Either that or he tans with a long sleeve shirt with 1 arm and masturbates violently...
That's not fake. He's just flexing one arm and not the other. The skin tones are different because it's showing different sides of his arms. You're an idiot.

I think marine corp style PT is going to build more muscle than silly gym weights
LOL. I wish otis was here to read this. You WILL NOT build more muscle doing pushups than you will doing bench press. I hate to break it to you, but there are so many things wrong with the way you think this works. I don't even know where to begin trying to explain this to you.

Your love of the USMC is cute, really. And while you might think you're more mentally stable, you've go no way to actually measure that so have fun. Martial discipline isn't foreign to me, I've trained kungfu for years now.

(probably bigger than yours)
where's your picture

and what military school do you go to
Not on here. I don't go to military school, I go to a gym.

Sorry, how much do you bench? What do you curl? What about deadlift?

Calisthenics will only get you so far bub.

did you guys expect me to be really fat and useless
I'm hunched over. But I don't expect an open mind and compliments from you, of course.
Then take another photo? I don't see what being hunched over or not would change. Your traps look tiny, your shoulders are narrow and your neck looks weak. You're scrawny.

No, I actually go to a military academy, and I do plenty pushups a day.
From that photo, you look scrawny.
