I feel like this quote from Crook sums it up pretty well:
this. you can load in a custom model with textures by just dropping the .dts in the static shapes folder and load it in-game immediately with mission editor. of course doing that is extremely jank and unreliable online, but it still works and with that core customization in mind i cant think of another sandbox game with near-instant content importing like that.

gmod may come close, but even basic prop models require scripts that account for weight, buoyancy, etc. and they have to be packaged correctly to even physically load ingame afaik.

At the end of the day yeah, problem is one day whatever extreme is going to come out on top, and they will eventually knock on your door and ask you kneel before the party, and you and your entire family are going to get their brains blown out when you refuse.
thats why i reckon you get all your cards in order, right your wrongs, and accomplish your goals, so that if that day comes in our life time it will be you and your people that shoot first

Nihilism isn't exactly a useful view of the world if you value good things. The status quo won't be affected if people who actually want change become disillusioned and give up trying to change things for the better.
that's some handicapped nihilism. i hope you get over it soon.
wheres the nihilism? im giving you real options to actually do good. go pick up trash in your communities and get into a political career actually for real and do actually real game changing stuff if you give a stuff so much. what are either of you doing now that is making your current area of living a better place?

national policy cant be ignored unfortunately due to how much it can affect daily life, for good and bad. see regulation of natural monopoly companies like pg&e, or mass printing money that drives up inflation and thus cost of living everywhere in the us

it just tends to be easy to miss as they affect things like climate change does. by the time you notice its often too late to stop it
just seems like a big mental gymnastic to me. at this point the earth has about as much chance of "being saved" as those money printers do being shut off. were all going to die soon and theres no sequel. become a politician and be the change you want to see. become a martyr and kill your masters. stop caring, live your life, and leave your mark while you still can. any of those options are better than living in perpetual instability and posting about it online.

after typing that out i just realized the political/media/bigtech elites are basically trolling us. trolling has become an actual political/business tactic and the minute people realize this and are able stop feeding that primal fire that trolling creates they will live much better lives i believe

The entire political sphere should be hung by their entrails
for once i agree with you. our current political world treats ideologies like they're loving sports teams.
ive concluded none of it matters. its all smoke and mirrors. its a scripted game and if you care about politics but aren't a politician you already lost

take care of your friends, your family, and your local communities at most. national narratives are handicapo-tier and all of it is literally popcorn

in the spirit of bl's getting hitched each hand in this pic are bl's with tobys

maybe half of them, but the other half of "far right memes" (and "far left memes" mind you) are just absolute crap.
yknow i dont think ive ever once seen an article/news/social media post blame or label anything as a far left meme.

statistically that phenomena definitely has to exist somewhere, im just trying to recall and i cant think of a single example. even saying "far left meme" out loud doesn't sound right lol

how are random polish people going to sue an american government institution
international criminal court

they explain the process in the video, ill post the timestamp if i come across it. my understanding is that theres a legal precedent where if enough people in enough areas can attest to the crime, they can push a case to international court. i think the example they use in this video was a breast implant company in america was taken to court when it was found that they had over 280,000 cases of faulty breast implants in patients that resulted in serious health defects. a german lawyer initiated the case.

thats my understanding, but dont take my word for any of it till i find the timestamp. i heard them explain it when i was listening to it the other day but im probably recalling it all wrong

EDIT: one of the leading lawyers behind this is also licensed to practice law in California, so that probably will help too lol

EDIT 2: still looking for the timestamp. here is the part where dr. reiner füllmich (the guy leading the charge so to speak) introduces himself and his propositions:

It feels like it was only a few years ago people thought youtube being oppressive was just a far-right meme, but these days I see everyone from Josh Strife Hayes, some guy that just reviews MMOs to youtubes that review/talk about guns, to youtubers that post historical music, to youtubers that cover news coming out of China complaning about how stuff the platform has become.
it feels like this is always how it goes.

its always a far-right meme until one day the public at large just mysteriously silently agrees that it actually is that bad. and then they use that condescending attitude, "oh no, ive always known it was that bad."

id like to think one day people will realize "far-right memes" are actually the truth before its been widely accepted. probably not though
