sounds like a great system but i did want to note

pugachev's cobra is to make planes overshoot not to dodge missiles. if you tried to dodge missiles with a cobra you would be a very bright shade of dead

Realistically pugachevs cobra makes a you huge target with zero maneuverability. It is an acrobatic maneuver with little basis in air combat.

Reality tumor aside, random chance is dead. Long live the dice gods.

The Corsair has a hard time trying to land. The thick jungle made the landing angle steeper than usual. The massive engines luckily did not ingest any birds, as the intakes piggyback on top of the airframe.

The colossal airframe drags two tail hooks behind it. It hops along the ground and snags the arresting wire that straddles the runway. The Corair yanks at the arresting engines, and creases the mud around their emplacements, however, the aircraft is pacified and brought to rest.
