Modification Help / getFileName

Could somebody write a getFileName function for me?
Basically it would remove the path and the extension from a string. So getFileName("Add-Ons/Weapon_Gun/Pistol.dts"); would return "Pistol".

I think it would be great if shadows recolored according to transparent bricks light went through. Basically a red transparent brick would cast a red shadow. It would also be colored according to the alpha of the brick, seeing as some bricks have different alpha values. This would be multiplied by the default shadow colors. This would add a lot more lighting options when building.

The Pload Crew is a name I gave to a group of Pload's friends and Pload himself. The Pload Crew consists of the following people.

Pload was the worst offender. When he first connected my thoughts were simply "Oh wow, Pload joined my server" I had no idea of the stuff he would cause. I got pretty suspicious of him very fast. All he did was idle in the bank and deposit every paycheck he got. As soon as he saved up enough money, a few members of his crew connected withing a minute of each other. Pload bought a Sniper Rifle and Guns Akimbo for him and his crew. They didn't start killing until they got to the top of the mountain. I would of banned them, but sadly it wasn't a rightful reason to ban them for. A player eventually bought an OSR and killed them both and shortly after that they got jailed. I didn't loose suspicion. After a few hours I /spied Pload to see what he was doing. He was laboring which I didn't think was odd but the way he moved was. He would chop down a tree, instantly turn to the next tree, and chop that tree down and never stop chopping. I used MSI Afterburner to record and I fetched him to an area just outside the city limits and saw his bot glitch out. I banned him and his alt.

I also found some logs of him reconnecting to avoid arrest.

Predator was the easiest to figure out. He accompanied Pload and his rampage on the mountain. When he bought an OSR and killed a few clueless people I knew something was up. I /spied him and saw he was hiding inside a large cube on StoreClerk's lot. I banned him.

After seeing all of Pload's other friends get banned I grew suspicious of StoreClerk. Everything seemed legit untill one day I got on the server to see that he had made nearly $20,000 overnight. I knew this wasn't humanly possible so I checked out his lot and found 2 safes, 2 ATM's, a vehicle spawn+bicycle, and 6 player trees, all adding up to another $30,000. I asked him how on RTB and he played dumb pretty blatantly and even admitted to using a radar. To test out the radar, I went into a random spot underground and hid inside a cube. I gave myself demerits manually and /spied him. Right after checking the criminals online, he grabs his bike, uses the bike glitch to get into the area under the roads and approaches my cube. After he sees my sign I put up with print bricks saying "No radars" he does a 180 and pretends to not know where I am. A quick check of his data file from my CRP shows that he jailed less than twenty people and collected only about 100 resources. Even if he idled for 2 days straight he would fall about $40,000 short of what he has now.
It's hard to believe that people look up to people like this. If you host a decent CityRP(G) I suggest to ban the entire Pload Crew from your server. I'm sure there's more members in the Pload Crew but these are the only ones I know of so far.

Help / No packages are activating.

For some reason, none of the add-ons packages on my server activate. It says "Activating Package: " but it simply doesn't do anything. Regular functions execute but packaged functions do not. The only way I can activate a package by using "activatePackage();" in the console but I can't do that for every add-on.

Modification Help / %brick.isPlanted not robust

In my CRP mod I have this problem. Whenever a player places a brick in the air or on somebody else's brick that they don't have trust with, it still charges them for the brick making their funds decrease but the brick does not place. I have the code check if the brick is planted but %brick.isPlanted isn't enough. How would I check the ghost brick if it was floating or if the ghost brick is on somebody's brick you don't trust?
Also, on a second note: $Server::PlayerCount doesn't update when a player disconnects.

Help / GPU load not going very high.

This problem has been plaguing me for nearly 2 years now. So what happens is my GPU load never goes higher than 30% on most games. Resulting in really low framerate. So right now my framerate could be 3* what it is now. I thought getting a new graphics card would fix it but it didn't do anything. My drivers and chipsets are all up to date I've checked this dozens of times. This is not the problem.
Graphics Card: GTX 560 Ti clocked at 900 MHz (Model GV-N560OC-1G)
CPU: Intel Dual Core clocked at 3.2 GHz (Model E6700)
RAM: 4 GB
OS: Windows 7 64 Bit
Power Supply: Earthwatts 500w (Model EA500D)
Mainboard: MSI 641M4-F

Furdle has a new alt called Phalanx and is planning to release my CRP mod on the forums sometime tomorrow. This is my mod and I do not approve of this release at all. The version he has is a very buggy beta version and I don't want servers using a broken mod. Please note: he bought a whole new Blockland key just so he could post my mod on the forums.
I un-banned him and did his bidding but when he asked for admin I decided to stop.
ID 37025 has the exact same IP as Furdle and Phalanx is registered on the forums using ID 37025
