My guess is that some website is stockpiling BLID's sort of like Game Dujour (RIP in peace) did to sell for later use.

Though 8,000 keys is a bit much.

Is that just the way Badspot marks client/server commands that cannot be modified?

It's supposedly just a ClientCmd that the server can't call. Don't see why you wouldn't just use a regular function instead. Maybe it does just act like a regular function.

Reminds me of Eepos' private radar mod that lets him see where all the players are at on every server.
