Modification Help / Advanced editing of CityRPG, anyone?

Hello everyone.
I want to ask if someone could help me with some editing of CityRPG, maybe even guide me with Steam...
I want to add to Iban's CityRPG following things:
+ Fatigue system (Special "Bed" block added that will cost player to place, if touched it will give prompt with "Sleep" or "Not")
+ New "GiveDemerits" weapon for Police Chief (Useful for crimes that can't be recorded)
+ New CHEST - like brick (The brick you can place your items inside, Ignores default Hammer/Wrench/Printer)
+ Allow Custom faces OR make them buyable at Plastic Surgeries (Like clothes)
+ Fix decals for already made Clothes (They dont have 'em)
+ Make clothes adding Shapes to player(Like dress or costumes, Or even hats. Refer to THIS mod to get better understanding of what I mean)
+ Graffiti-like weapon, Uses shapes that appear on click (Shapes don't collide, every sprayed brick gives 1 demerit unless used by Law)
+ Fishing! (Adds Fisher job with Fishing Pole item, used on special water blocks called "Water lots fish", "water Not a lot fish", "Water Poor Fish", etc.)
And many, many more. As you noticed, I want to almost completely enhanse the already-existing gamemode. When it's done, I might even release it!
And badspot, if you consider deleting it just because it talks about CityRPG, well then F U
So, If you are a really nice person that can help me with those, I would love if you used Steam to chat with me. My steam is Crystalwarrior (well duh.)
