I get some lag some of the time, but it's really inconsistent so it's probably just regular old high resource usage woes.

Played some Terrafirmacraft today, too. Spawned in a hilly area, got like 7 natural copper nuggets and cassiterite from 30-ish rocks total. Then chested that, went out looking for clay, got lost for four days, still haven't found clay or my hovel.

Also chickens are underpowered, a WHOLE CHICKEN restores less hunger than a single steak and you get like 20+ steaks from one cow

terrafirmacraft is better than tekkit IMO

The update made me lag less, so I don't know what's your problem.

1.2.5 never lagged for me, 1.3.1 does now, I don't know why.

there is a button to make it multiplayer
it's the open to lan button

i know, but single player already is a server and it lags for me so it would be nice to turn it off.

It's preparations for the Mod API, to make it easier to create SSP/SMP mods.

oh, well, still, at least have a button to make it multiplayer. And I still lag like a bitch on the game. MO or not. This was never a problem in 1.2.5, but the latest snapshot has fixed this, so I guess it's ok now.
