I wouldn't normally say violence is good but.
I can't really hold my anger back sometimes,

there was this one time at school where I lost in football and someone came up to me and said "lol you suck at football stop playing you little prick" and I just got so angry I lost it and pushed him against the jacket hanger and he banged his head against one of them, he was crying for a long time.

I got in deep trouble though.
