Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock is a music video game developed by Neversoft (for the console versions) and Aspyr Media (for computer versions) and published by Activision and RedOctane. It is the third full installment in the Guitar Hero series (and the fourth title overall). Guitar Hero III was first released for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, Wii, PC, and Mac platforms in late 2007. Due to the acquisition of RedOctane by Activision, Harmonix Music Systems is no longer involved in developing titles in the Guitar Hero series; instead, they developed the competing Rock Band.

As with the previous Guitar Hero games, the player uses a guitar-shaped controller to simulate the playing of varying genres of rock music by playing notes as they scroll in-time with the music. Gameplay from the previous installments of the series has remained mainly intact, with the most notable addition being a new cooperative career mode. The game features over 60 total songs, many of which, in contrast to previous games, are master tracks. Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock is available both individually and in bundles packaged with wireless controllers. Previous Guitar Hero controllers are compatible with this title. Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock is the first game in the series to feature online play, in addition to existing game modes.

Furthermore, the game includes Tom Morello (of Rage Against the Machine/Audioslave) and Slash (of Guns N' Roses/Slash's Snakepit/Velvet Revolver) as in-game characters. The Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC versions also include Bret Michaels (Poison).

Counter-Strike (commonly abbreviated to CS) is a tactical first-person shooter video game which originated from a Half-Life modification by Minh "Gooseman" Le and Jess "Cliffe" Cliffe. The game has been expanded into a series since its original release, which currently includes Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, Counter-Strike: Source, Counter-Strike: Anthology and Counter-Strike on Xbox.

Counter-Strike pits a team of counter-terrorists against a team of terrorists in a series of rounds. Each round is won by either completing the mission objective or eliminating the opposing force. The latest incarnation of the game, Counter-Strike: Source, is based on the Source engine developed for Half-Life 2.

The game is almost entirely based on the dynamically streamlined multiplayer experience activated via Steam, and is the most played Half-Life mod as of February 28, 2007 according to GameSpy.

Since the old one was locked for no apparent reason was in off topic and now there is a gaming forum , I made a new thread.
Mabinogi is an MMORPG set in the fantasy world of Erinn. Mabinogi offers a multitude of skills to develop and a generally high level of diversity among players, skills, and environments.

The game engine features handpainted textures stylized with edge detection outlining, which enhance the anime-looking characters. The game world is developed continuously, through the release of important patches (referred to as "Generations" and "Chapters") that introduce new areas to explore, additional features such as pets and new skills, and advancement of the storyline. The user interface is familiarly simple and designed in the likeness of Microsoft Windows' task bar, allowing the player to access most game panels with ease (experienced players can also make use of keyboard shortcuts, to simplify certain tasks).

Commercially, Mabinogi is built on a hybrid Value Added Services model (which varies slightly on each game localization), that allows free but limited gameplay and the subscription of paid packages, purchased through the game service shop, which unlock the full game experience. The game service is currently available in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mainland China, and recently in Open Beta, North America.

The North American closed beta version was released by Nexon on January 30, 2008 at 2pm PST and January 30, 2008 at 5pm EST. The pre-open beta only available to file planet users was released on March 5, 2008. The full open beta was released on March 6, 2008 3PM PST.

What is it?

Garry's Mod is a sandbox mod for the Source Engine. Unlike normal games there aren't any predefined aims or goals. Players are given tools and are left to entertain themselves.

The player is in a world where objects can be created and destroyed on demand. Where people can be created and destroyed with the click of a mouse. A world made for him. A world he made.


So what do you do?

There are a lot of things you can do with Garry's Mod, but here's a few of the more common uses.


Construction

Garry's Mod provides tools to constrain objects together in various ways. Using these tools the player can create working contraptions.

The simplest example is a car. The player spawns an object to be used for the car's body then adds wheels by firing the tool gun at the object. Wheels are then controllable using the numpad on your keyboard.

You don't have to make moving contraptions though - want to build a fort out of wooden crates then set it on fire? Go for it! Want to build a house using fridges for the walls and mattresses for the ceiling then drive a jeep into it all? Go for it!


Posing and Comics

One of the universal appeals of Garry's Mod has been the ability to place and pose ragdolls. This allows you to create your own comic books and share them online. One major comic spawned from this is HLComic - the story of Gordon Frohman's journey in City 17.

Garry's Mod gives you the ability to place ragdolls, manipulate their facial expressions and aim their eyes.


Gamemodes

Garry's Mod gives the ability to program your own gamemodes (Don't worry - you don't need to be a programmer to play them). This allows the community to make new, often wacky, gamemodes such as melon racing, build to the top and so on.

It's often worth taking a look in the server list to see if any of the games prick your attention - there's often something weird there to try out.


User Created Content

Garry's Mod benefits greatly from a thriving community which is constantly churning out new ideas, maps, models, gamemodes, weapons, Lua scripts and skins.

Who all has heard of Final Fantasy CC: Ring of fate, its actually a good game.
First of all, It has a open battle, no more of the wait to attack your opponent, the magic is a new type instead of going "oh look i can only cast 1 spell a hour".
Oh and you can hook up with 1-3 friends and battle the legions of evil together.

This is a Doom mod for blockland.

Q-What is it?
A-It is a mod made by Kheyre and maybe a team if it lifts off very well.

Q-What is the goal of the mod?
A-The mod was planned a while ago while Kheyre could host.

Q-Will there be AI?
A-That is for me to know and you to find out.

Q-Will there be screen shots?
A-Yes there will be screen shots.

Q-Can I be on your team?
A-Well if you show enough skill in a certain area that the mod needs, yes, you may be in the team.

Q-Why wont you tell us what it is.
A-Because I wont let much people know until its more playable.

The Med-Pack is the new thing, not the chainsaw for the noobs who read this, Also the map is also from this Mod. The chainsaw was just in the build I had it on so I used that room.

For all the people that hate how the newbies go "omfg this si so greet i mustard axe for amdin" I made this clan. Its basically a revive on my old clan from RTB called Oni which its sole objective was teaching newbies to not be noobs at the same time.
We will help newbies not be noobs so they will not be newbies at the same time.

So I say to you as one blocklander thats standing up against the newbie overload, What will your choice be, Blue pill stand up and face the newbies or the Red pill cower behind your alter ego on blockland.
Also AH will not withstand douche-baggery on blockland or the forums.

How may I make a GUI pop up after I use a item that does this. V V V


/Command> Equips the item but checks for it in the inv
Equip> Equips it and makes it so it stays on so you cna use other guns
Once the item is taken off, the Gui goes away.

For a Item I'm making I have it set to "armReady = false;" But the problem isnt there. When I have a weapon or a item with "armReady = true;" in before it and I switch items it forces the "armReady = false;" Item to be a "armReady = True;". Any clue on how to fix it?
