i guess, but it's not weight training it's usually just push ups and im always up and about, and on the weekends i literally just sit on my ass all day

I know what blinking is, it's not entirely that it's that I get an incredible sharp pain and theres some involuntary reaction to shut my eyes tight

I keep getting periodical pains in my knees and my arms are twitching and pulsing like crazy. My eye lids shut themselves or some stuff every now and again, and my fingers are twitching constantly.
