Then all of a sudden, the menu pops up. And if I move the mouse around still, the menu follows. No my computer isnt infected. WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF THIS MADNESS.
That, and sometimes when I hover around a clickable button, when I click, nothing happens. Not even the cursor changes.

The bad part of the bill is that it would shut down innocent sites that may be connected to one that may not be innocent, or content that falls under fair use could be blocked.Consider me corrected then.
