Off Topic / Laptop mouse playing up during games

I got a new laptop for christmas (woo) and when i'm surfing the web or just using my touchpad mouse in general it's fine, as soon as i go into a game (i've tried portal 2 and blockland) the mouse just stops in the screen, the game continues playing but it's as if lag is showing up and the mouse can't move.

easier way of reading
mouse ok outside games
mouse not ok in games
specs:

Packard bell Easynote TE
Intel B820 Processor
8GB Ram
Intel HD Graphics

Any help?

So last night i DJed at a halloween party for over 200 people, was amazing. although i still can't hear too great today.
i'll post here the aftermovie which is being made later so you can all see the amazingness.
The only downfall of it really was that it got closed early because people were doing drugs in the toilets ):

This is pretty much a re-creation of the Summer party i made that never happened, Now i have all the mods completed, The build is nearly 100% done and the rides are underway.

Expect more news to follow of performers ( Who can apply here )
And most importantly the date it will happen.

I've been getting allot of hate for the whole deadmau5 thing lately and i'm truly fed up of it!
I've given up on that whole thing and will be releasing the heads soon for all you guys that want them (I'm not all that bad when you get to know me you know, i'm the kinda guy that tries to be friends with as many people as i can because no-body likes being hated.)

I get my final pay next month and was thinking of buying a professional recording mic so i can record myself singing covers of songs and uploading them to Youtube.

I also might do acoustic/vocals too if i have the time

Bought the Novation Launchpad and Numark Mixtrack Pro

will upload pictures tomorrow when they arrive

The mixtrack i didn't think i was buying but i got payed more than what i thought so i'm putting away the good old gemini cdm 500 and replacing it with the mixtrack.

When i'm on anything else i can hear music fine (  Music videos )
As soon as i click the blockland window to come up, the music gets all clippy and stuff

Any way to fix?
