Help / Random server issues

Some of you may know i perform at my server sometimes, But recently people have been joining, And crashing (Timing out) after 5 minutes of being in the server, I have no idea what is wrong with my blockland, Anyone know a fix or something that can help me? I love doing performances for people and if i get this fixed then i can do alot more.

Already been up, and showed.
Can't tell if stupid or handicapped...
?? If i done a video on a brick i'de have to download the video, Split it all into images and convert that to .gif.. I actually have attempted but it got to 2Gb file and 1000's of frames so just gave up so people don't download massive files
